http://www.metal-archives.com/board/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=98682
Debemur Morti has confirmed this via Facebook. While I haven't seen the full title officially announced it is supposedly "Memoria Vetusta III: Saturnian Poetry" according to some blogs and some posts on Last.fm
Info sobre el grupo:

Buff!
-Slaughterday (The Heathen Blood of Ours) del disco (1996) Blut Aus Nord - Memoria Vetusta I - Fathers of the Icy Age:

-Procession of the Dead Clowns del disco (2003) Blut aus Nord - The Work Which Transforms God:

-...The Meditant (Dialogue With The Stars) del disco (2009) Memoria Vetusta II - Dialogue With The Stars:

-Epitome XVI del disco (2012) Blut Aus Nord - 777 Cosmosophy:

Bueno, me ha costado MUUCHO elegir cada una de las canciones que os he puesto de cada etapa (he estado dudando entre 11 canciones de la trilogía del 777!) pero... a disfrutar!

P.D: El último disco, (2012) Blut Aus Nord - 777 Cosmosophy fué, para mí, una de las joyas del año.

Actualización a 18/09/2013: Vaya, y también han anunciado un What Once Was... Liber III:

BLUT AUS NORD, one of the most influential Black Metal band of the last decade, is finally back two years after its last-full length album "Cosmosophy", the monumental conclusion of the unforgettable trilogy "777" .

This time, far from its filthy industrial realm, the enigmatic entity offers nothing less than one of the finest melodic, epic, and grandiose Black Metal albums ever!

Deeply beautiful, emotional, and yet aggressive at the same time, this new imperial creation is a magnificent pagan symphony and an astounding creative achievement.

As usual with BLUT AUS NORD, everything has been composed and performed with exceptional care and skill. Thorns, the new drummer, puts forward a magisterial performance, and the extravagant density of the guitar work creates a marvelous structure of rich harmonies and melodies, providing a wonderful atmosphere for the whole opus. The result, in its complexity and intensity, is an overwhelming listening experience.

"Memoria Vetusta – Saturnian Poetry" is the quintessential expression of Majestic Black Metal from one of the genre’s most distinctive and ground-breaking bands.

While the split with AEVANGELIST is soon to hit the Earth, French creators of hallucinogenic sonic landscapes, BLUT AUS NORD, are working on two different albums scheduled for next year : "Memoria Vetusta - Empyerus" and "La Lumière Sous Le Monde". Both being very different on an Artistic plan.
In the meanwhile, Vindsval (BLUT AUS NORD) and Bjarni Einarsson (SINMARA, SLIDHR) are working on the first Yərûšəlem album.
Yərûšəlem is not to be considered as a side project but as a real thematic emanation of a specific BLUT AUS NORD facet bringing up a shamanic, hideously heavy and deeply ritualistic form of extreme music.
The first Yərûšəlem offering could be released by the end of the year. Time will tell...

Your future (and current) projects?
I'm currently in full composition of Blut Aus Nord's new album while Yerûšelem's first album, "The Sublime" is about to come out (Release announced on February 8th, NdA)

Is Yerûšelem the beginning of the end for BAN or are you going to tackle both projects?
Absolutely not, Yerûšelem will simply allow us to explore what we have touched on with "Cosmosophy" by pushing things much further, incorporating other sounds and other influences from the 90's Metal Indus scene (I think of old Pitch Shifters, Godflesh, Ministry, Skin Chamber, etc.), Post Punk, New Wave, Electronica and, more generally, hypnotic and repetitive music. For me, the two projects are equally important, none are priority, they are perfectly complementary and each require a very specific approach to the composition. It is possible that we also develop a third entirely electronic project that one.
Actualización a 20/09/2019: Acaban de sacar el (2019) Blut Aus Nord - Hallucinogen:

Actualización a 14/02/2021: Me están decepcionando algunos discos/grupos al repasarlos al tiempo pero hoy me ha pasado lo contrario con (2009) Blut aus Nord - Memoria Vetusta II: Dialogue with the Stars y ahora mismo estoy con (1996) Blut aus Nord - Memoria Vetusta I - Fathers of the Icy Ages (2005 Candlelight USA Release).

about
The tide turns once again. From tumultuous oceanic depths French legend BLUT AUS NORD erupts onland in all its singular dissonant glory: be-tentacled, malformed, accursed, fearsome.

Following up the purported 'new era' of melodicism ushered in by 2019's lauded "Hallucinogen", new work "Disharmonium - Undreamable Abysses" finds the leaders-in-perpetuity of Avant-garde Industrialised Black Metal compelled to reassume their rightful throne, crowning nigh-on 28 years of consistency with seven mesmerising tracks of bleakly-maximalist harmonic unease.

Comparable to naught except BLUT AUS NORD, the inimitable leads, eroded melodies and uncanny vocal textures of "Disharmonium" ooze and uncoil, leeching into vast hyper-skilled rhythmic structures which traverse sea-mountains of madness towards lightless echelons far beyond comprehension. The reflexive darkness we all demand. The Order of Outer Sounds.

Actualización a 13/06/2023: (2023) Blut Aus Nord - Disharmonium - Nahab:

"The darkness always teemed with unexplained sound..." (HPL)

"Nahab" – the second part of the Disharmonium cycle - finds BLUT AUS NORD returning, as if by compulsion, to the Weird nightmarish otherworlds of H.P. Lovecraft to reflect them through a new mirror of terrifying Black Metal lunacy.

Descending into abyssal terrain akin to the twin dark chambers of 2022's first instalment "Disharmonium - Undreamable Abysses" and companion-piece-of-sorts compilation "Lovecraftian Echoes", this latest emanation is similarly womb-like, detail-rich, disturbed and transformative.

Musically influenced only by the band’s own extensive oeuvre, in comparison with BAN's recent Lovecraftian explorations "Nahab" has an increased presence of deranged vocal mania, the eerie dynamics are more fully realised, the band's unmistakeable melodic power amplified, the guitars - lower slung for extra resonance - flow in tandem with splendidly lurching grooves like some Stygian wooze-tsunami.

In the dead-eyed trance of one demonically summoned, BLUT AUS NORD have once again channelled esoteric folklore and modern violence into another phenomenal slice of outsider art which befits their own Mythos and monstrosity. A Crowning Horror indeed.
