A strictly limited collector’s item celebrating the sixth and final MEMORIAM album.
After ten years, six acclaimed studio albums and countless shows around the world, British death metal veterans MEMORIAM present "Endgame"—their sixth and final studio album.
Rather than fading away, MEMORIAM have consciously chosen to conclude their recording career on their own terms, making "Endgame" a genuine farewell and an essential release for fans of the band.
Musically, the album combines everything that has defined MEMORIAM since day one: crushing mid-paced riffs, powerful grooves, dark atmosphere and thought-provoking lyrics addressing war, humanity, politics and social conflict. At the same time, "Endgame" reflects on mortality, legacy and the closing of an important chapter.
The album once again features stunning artwork by legendary artist Dan Seagrave, continuing the visual identity that has accompanied every MEMORIAM release. Producer Russ Russell returns to conclude a creative partnership that has shaped the band's last four studio albums, delivering the massive and unmistakable MEMORIAM sound one final time.
A special highlight is the appearance of Dirk Verbeuren on drums, bringing fresh energy to MEMORIAM's final recording while fully embracing the band's established identity.
With an established international fanbase, a highly respected reputation within the global death metal scene and the unique significance of being the band's final studio album, "Endgame" is expected to become one of the most important MEMORIAM releases to date.
